Cosmic Resources is broadly divided into two areas of operation – Human Resources Management and Payroll Processing.

Cosmic Resources enables the user to maintain employee profile, manage employee leave and gratuity. Payroll Processing covers Employee Attendance, Earnings, Loans, Payroll generation and month end processing. Cosmic Resources maintains administrative and logistics details including accommodation, vehicles’ details, trade & industrial licenses and tenancy details; and Manpower recruitment.

• Maintains complete profile of an employee with exhaustive information like personal details, dependent details, accommodation details, qualifications, experiences, document details such as visa, passport, labor card, health card etc.

• Maintain details of progressions, increments, demotions, rewards and penalty of an employee.

• Capture and maintains details of all documents issued and received from employee.

• Provision to handle loans taken from the organization and records its history.

• Provision to capture attendance daily, monthly or job-wise. Attendance recorded is directly posted to payroll for the calculation of monthly payroll. Optional provision to capture attendance by swiping card.

• Provision to handle multiple earnings/deductions and post it directly to payroll for the calculation of monthly salaries.

• Optional electronic transfer of salaries to various bank.

• Provision to calculate air fare for leave and business trips.

• Facility to record recruitment procedures.

• Complete cycle of leave process is provided starting from leave plan till returning from the leave.

• Separate administration and logistic module is provided to capture details like accommodation, vehicles, tenancy contracts, etc.

• Complete cycle of employee separation is provided such as calculation of settlement like leave salary, gratuity etc.

• Generates all standard reports like salary register, leave history, document expiry, pay slip etc.

• Comprehensive enquiry and reporting is provided with the option for drill down facility.
